PolyJet Standard Plastics Simulation

Below is a list of PolyJet Standard Plastics Simulation
Drafting Material

//Rigid material for super high speed concept modeling

DraftGrey (RGD750)

DraftGrey is a rigid material used exclusively with the Super High Speed print mode for concept modeling. Models will have a medium opacity and smooth finish. Printing at 2x the speed of High Speed mode with a 57 microns layer thickness, DraftGrey is the cheapest and fastest way to model on Stratasys PolyJet printers.

DraftGrey is compatible with SUP705 (water jet removable) and SUP706B (soluble) support.

Transparent

//3D print clear and tinted prototypes

With a combination of clarity, dimensional stability and surface smoothness, Transparent PolyJet photopolymer lets you prototype clear and tinted products from eyewear and light covers to medical devices.

With the Stratasys J-Series 3D printers, you can combine transparent and black materials to create artistic patterns and a variety of translucent shades. Incorporate transparent and opaque, rubber-like or simulated polypropylene materials into one model.

______

Transparent (RGD720)

Simulated Polypropylene

//3D print tough, flexible models

Simulated Polypropylene material is tough, flexible and durable. It enables you to 3D print precision prototypes that look and behave like polypropylene. Rapidly create models to test form, fit and function for snap-fit assemblies, living hinges and durable housings and packaging.

Durus (RGD430)

Durus is the original Simulated Polypropylene material, and exhibits great impact resilience and an elongation at break of 44 percent.

Vero Opaque

//3D print excellent detailed models in vibrant color

The Vero® family includes the rigid collection of materials. These multi-purpose materials are most widely used for visual models, engineering prototypes, product assemblies and RTV molding patterns. Rigid materials are good choices for light functional testing, patterns, prototypes and models.

Available in seven hues including blue, white, black, gray, cyan, magenta and yellow, the Vero family shares similar mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. The opaque medium shades of VeroBlue™ and VeroGray™ provide the best detail visualization, without glare or darkness. The opaque VeroVivid™ family of VeroCyanV™, VeroMagentaV™ and VeroYellowV™ offers more saturated and vibrant color. Vero PureWhite™ is twice as opaque, 20 percent brighter and more UV resistant than VeroWhitePlus™. DraftGrey™ is a low cost alternative for single material printing with medium opacity and a smooth finish.

Materials and System Compatibility

Blend Vero Opaque materials with other photopolymers on a Stratasys multi-material system for an impressive range of colors and to vary hardness, flexibility, translucency or heat resistance. Learn more about Digital Materials here.
