Drafting Material

//Rigid material for super high speed concept modeling

DraftGrey (RGD750)

DraftGrey is a rigid material used exclusively with the Super High Speed print mode for concept modeling. Models will have a medium opacity and smooth finish. Printing at 2x the speed of High Speed mode with a 57 microns layer thickness, DraftGrey is the cheapest and fastest way to model on Stratasys PolyJet printers.

DraftGrey is compatible with SUP705 (water jet removable) and SUP706B (soluble) support.

Digital ABS Plus

//Digital ABS reformulated for greater impact resistance

Digital ABS Plus (fabricated inside the 3D printer from RGD515 Plus and RGD531) provides better impact strength in addition to its previously well-known attributes of high-temperature resistance, toughness and superior finish. Digital ABS2 Plus delivers those properties plus superior rigidity and toughness in walls thinner than 1.3 mm (.051 in.). Both materials are suitable for parts that require PolyJet technology’s highest possible impact resistance and shock absorption.

Vero Opaque

//3D print excellent detailed models in vibrant color

The Vero™ family multi-purpose materials are most widely used for visual models, engineering prototypes, product assemblies and RTV molding patterns.

Rigid Opaque materials are good material choices for light functional testing, patterns, prototypes and models. Available in seven hues including blue, white, black, grey, cyan, magenta and yellow, the Rigid Opaque Vero family shares similar mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. The medium shades of VeroBlue™ and VeroGrey™ provide the best detail visualization, without glare or darkness. The VeroVivid™ family of VeroCyanV™, VeroMagentaV™ and VeroYellowV™ offers more saturated and vibrant color. Vero PureWhite™ is twice as opaque, 20 percent brighter and more UV resistant than VeroWhitePlus™.

The Vero Opaque materials VeroUltra™ White and VeroUltra™ Black provide superior opacity, color uniformity, contrast and sharpness, enabling the perfect simulation of high-quality injection molded parts.

Materials and System Compatibility

Blend Vero Opaque materials with other photopolymers on a Stratasys multi-material system for an impressive range of colors and to vary hardness, flexibility, translucency or heat resistance. Learn more about Digital Materials.
