LOCTITE® 3D IND402 High Rebound by Henkel in a single component elastomer with high resilience and rebound. Capable of maintaining excellent tensile strength and does not require thermal post-processing. It is comparable to commercial TPUs, with a Shore A hardness of 75. Ideal for lattice structures; e.g., mid-soles and soft inserts.

P3 Stretch 80

//An easy-to-use general-purpose elastomer for flexible prototypes and end-use parts.

Producing flexible prototypes just became easier with this general-purpose elastomer. This addition to the Origin® One elastomers materials comes at an affordable price point, making it an interesting entry-level material for users starting elastomer printing. Less viscous than typical elastomers, P3™ Stretch™ 80 processes easily and prints fast on Origin® One, is simple to clean and UV post-cure. The material makes an excellent replacement for traditional polyurethane or TPU.

P3 Stretch IND475

//Resilient, low shore hardness elastomer with good tear strength.

Single component industrial strength UV resin that cures to a soft (47A), elastomeric material. Ideal for requirements where resilience, snap back, and tear resistance is desired, such as lattice structures and functional prototyping. Suitable for applications such as air and dust gaskets, flexible seals and housing or cushioning pads.

• 200% elongation at break
• Low shore value, 47A
• 55% energy return
• 13 kN/m tear strength

Ultracur3D EL150 by BASF (coming soon)

//Low viscosity urethane elastomer with cushioning properties to absorb mechanical shock and vibrations.

Ultracur3D® EL150 by BASF is a High resolution, fast-printing elastomer with good tear strength. Low durometer, good resilience, and excellent surface quality. Ideal for gaskets, sports cushioning, foam replacement, handles and grips.

• Shore 78A
• 150% elongation at break
• Easy to handle, low viscosity and fast cure times
• Print fine features not possible on other elastomers
