Equipped with high-powered UV lamps and a transparent rotating curing table, it ensures automatic, thorough curing at production speeds. Each WRAP Prime unit undergoes a meticulous multi-step calibration, inspection, and documentation process to meet the material manufacturer’s exact specifications. This process is validated by leading material manufacturers, with recommended cure times readily accessible via a QR code on the system.
In Print Mode, the WRAP Prime transforms UV waste resin into fully cured plastic stock, making it safe for disposal as standard household waste.
