Step 2: UV Part Curing

Introducing the WRAP Prime, a versatile dual-function post-processing solution. In Cure Mode, the WRAP Prime delivers certified and traceable DLP post-curing with production-level efficiency. Switch to Print Mode, and the WRAP Prime automatically transforms UV waste resin into fully cured plastic stock, ready for various applications and safe for disposal as standard household waste.

In Cure Mode, the WRAP Prime post-cures DLP parts with exceptional efficiency. Equipped with high-powered UV lamps and a transparent rotating curing table, it ensures automatic, thorough curing at production speeds. Each WRAP Prime unit undergoes a meticulous multi-step calibration, inspection, and documentation process to meet the material manufacturer’s exact specifications. This process is validated by leading material manufacturers, with recommended cure times readily accessible via a QR code on the system.

In Print Mode, the WRAP Prime transforms UV waste resin into fully cured plastic stock, making it safe for disposal as standard household waste. Leveraging Onulis’ innovative WRAP (Waste Resin Axial Printing) technology, it’s the first technology-driven solution designed for handling UV waste resin. This eliminates the need for time-consuming, DIY curing methods and costly hazardous waste disposal services, reducing the risk of unwanted EPA oversight.
