Step 1: Part Cleaning

To achieve the exceptional surface finish and precise feature definition that DLP printing is known for, a precise cleaning process is essential. CleanPoint streamlines this by sequentially immersing DLP parts in two separate IPA or detergent vats. The primary vat captures most of the uncured resin, keeping the secondary vat cleaner. Additionally, CleanPoint enhances part quality by allowing precise control over vortex direction, plunge depth, and drain time.

Traditional ultrasonic baths often lead to inconsistent exposure to IPA or detergent, which can compromise part quality.
