The world’s leading 3D printing company has announced new products in Q4!

NEW 3D PRINTERS

Stratasys J850
Design and creativity have no limits. Now, with the Stratasys J850, the same is true for prototypes. Our tried and tested technology simplifies the entire design process, streamlining workflows so you can spend more time on what matters –creating, refining and designing the best product possible.

J750 DAP Digital Anatomy PrinterStratasys J750 Digital Anatomy Printer (DAP)
The J750™ Digital Anatomy™ printer truly brings the look and feel of medical models to life with unrivaled accuracy, realism and functionality. Whether used for surgeon training or to perform testing during device development, its models provide unmatched clinical versatility mimicking both the appearance and response of human tissue. In addition, the printer comes pre-programmed with a series of anatomical applications, developed in partnership with device manufacturers, world-class research institutions, hospitals and medical personnel.

NEW MATERIALS

Diran Robot EndDiran 410MF07 – Tough Nylon with Low Friction
Diran™ 410MF07 is a nylon-based material that delivers impressive toughness often required in manufacturing environments. But unlike some other thermoplastics, parts made with Diran have a smooth, lubricious feel. The result is very low surface friction, a valuable feature in cases where movement between parts is desired. We see it as a great material for manufacturing tooling applications, since the thermoplastic can withstand a tough shop environment. Even better, its slick surface offers low sliding resistance against other tools or parts. Available for the Stratasys F370.

Antero 840CN03 – Adding ESD to Antero Family
Antero™ 840CN03, expands on Stratasys’ high-performance Antero lineup of FDM filaments. This offering  is based on Kapstan® PEKK. Leveraging a strategic supplier relationship with Arkema, the material adds static dissipative (ESD) capabilities to Antero’s already impressive array of physical and mechanical attributes. In addition to unmatched strength, chemical resistance and low-outgassing properties – Antero 840CN03 ensures users can 3D print manufacturing tools and parts for static-sensitive applications. Available for the Stratasys F900.

ABS-ESD7 on Stratasys F370ABS-ESD7 – Now for F370
Stratasys is now offering ABS-ESD7™ on the F370 3D printer. ABS-ESD7 provides all the benefits of ABS – high impact resistance and flexural strength – with ESD performance. Plus, users now get the strength of the F370 machine – widely considered a proven workhorse in the F123 Series of printers that provide easy-to-use, plug-and-play capability. Opening access to ABS-ESD7 is a natural fit that broadens the F370’s capabilities.

VeroUltraClear (RGD820)
VeroUltraClear simulates acrylic, achieving 95% light transmission of that material, and is useful for prototypes of glass, clear polymers, or transparent packaging. Improves upon past performance of VeroClear with higher level of clarity, transparency, and a lower yellow index. Available on the new Stratasys J850/J835.

DraftGray (RGD750)
DraftGrey is a rigid material used exclusively with the Super High Speed print mode of the new J850/J835 for concept modeling. Models will have a medium opacity and smooth finish. Printing at 2x the speed of High Speed mode with a 57 microns layer thickness, DraftGrey is the cheapest and fastest way to model on Stratasys PolyJet printers.

Digital Anatomy Materials
Three new digital base materials exclusive to the J750 Digital Anatomy Printer can be combined to form hundreds of new, unique digital materials. Integrated into proprietary validated applications, they mimic human cardiac and vascular anatomy from actual patient scans. Select from a range of tissue properties to incorporate microstructures into the anatomy.   Construct heart models with functioning cords, annulus, valves and calcification.  Vary compliance in vascular models to replicate both healthy and diseased vessels.

  • GelMatrix™ – A gel-like support material for easy removal from blood vessels with inner diameters as small as 1mm and wall thickness as low as 1.5mm.
  • TissueMatrix™ – The softest translucent material commercially available. Ideal for replicating the look and feel of heart tissue.
  • BoneMatrix™ – A strong, yet flexible, material with memory to maintain its shape.
