Industrial Vapor Polishing for High-Volume Manufacturing

DyeMansion Powerfuse S VaporFuse Surfacing System

The DyeMansion Powerfuse S is a green vapor polishing solution designed for highly industrial additive manufacturing. Powered by VaporFuse Surfacing (VFS) technology, it delivers injection molding-like surface quality with improved mechanical performance — going far beyond aesthetic enhancement.

Built for PA, TPU, ULTEM, and other high-performance polymers, the system is optimized for 24/7 automated operation and unbeatable cost per part at full production capacity. With closed-loop solvent circulation, integrated solvent recovery, and Industry 4.0 connectivity, the Powerfuse S enables scalable, traceable, and repeatable production finishing.

Using the non-toxic VaporFuse VF47 EcoFluid, this PFAS-free process produces sealed, water-repellent, and washable surfaces suitable for consumer, medical, and food & beverage applications — all without requiring protective chemical gear or facility reconstruction.

  • Injection Molding–Like Surface Quality.  VaporFuse Surfacing reduces surface roughness by up to 70%, delivering smooth, sealed, and water-repellent parts.
  • Improved Mechanical Performance.  Increase elongation at break by up to 200% (material dependent) while strengthening delicate structures and soft materials.
  • Unbeatable Cost per Part at Scale.  High automation, closed-loop solvent recovery, and 24/7 operation optimize economics for high-volume production.
  • PFAS-Free, Green Vapor Polishing Technology.  Non-toxic EcoFluid enables safe operation without protective chemical gear or facility reconstruction.
