Summary: Responsible for performing warehouse duties along with support administrative and general office work by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- The daily fulfilment of customer orders and shipping product to customer including UPS, FedEx and courier orders.
- Assists with managing company inventory and utilize company software to place orders.
- Receives and puts away inventory orders.
- Processes monthly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Oversees weekly consignment inventory programs at customer location(s).
- Provides customer assistance by answering multi-line telephone and helps answer customer question or transfers the call to the appropriate person in an efficient manner.
- Receives and responds to customer requests, orders, and complaints via telephone, mail or in person and processes information in an efficient manner.
- Assists with preparations for meetings and training.
- Completed daily end of day clean up and re-stock of office items.
- Orders and maintains an adequate office and warehouse supply inventory and requisition additional items as needed.
- Maintains a professional office environment and promotes a positive image for the company.
- Assists with 3D printing and customer service requests as needed.
- Performs assigned data entry responsibilities as directed.
ATTENDANCE:
Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization via the phone and in-person.
Math Skills:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra, and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Internet Explorer; order processing system, database software and contact management systems.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2+ years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
- Ability to successfully complete certified manufacturer training (if applicable)
