April 9, 10-12, 2018: U of M Design of Medical Devices Conference

The University of Minnesota’s Earl E. Bakken Medical Devices Center (part of the Institute for Engineering in Medicine), the College of Science and Engineering and the Department of Mechanical Engineering present the 17th Annual Design of Medical Devices Conference, April 9, 10-12, 2018. The world’s largest medical device conference will take place at the Graduate Minneapolis (formerly The Commons Hotel) & McNamara Alumni Center, and brings together medical device designers, manufacturers, researchers, and representatives from academia and the public sector.

“3D Printing Building the Bridge between Industry and Academics in Healthcare”
Jesse Roitenberg has been the National Education Manager for Stratasys for the past 3 years and working in the education segment at Stratasys for the past 10 years. He has a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and is a former math and science teacher. He has been involved in 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing and Direct Digital Manufacturing for the past 12 years.
